This breakthrough project's 115-unit multi-family, mixed-ability, and mixed-income (20% AMI up to market rate) received initial seed funding from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and its first investment of $5.3 million from Google Housing Fund. DGI is moving Kelsey Ayer Station forward through development barriers with DGI’s inventive financing solutions. DGI is continually adapting financing strategies and has generated six creative funding models annually to sustain momentum and advance the project - the first in the U.S. to house residents with and without disabilities earning diverse incomes.
